Our Team
Ee-Chuan is a seasoned practitioner with close to three decades of experience across fraud examination, internal audit, cybersecurity, and governance. He has held senior leadership roles spanning government ministries, statutory boards, and public institutions — giving him a rare, ground-level perspective on enterprise risk that few advisors can match.
He carries one of the most comprehensive certification portfolios in his field: CFE, FCA (Singapore), ISCA (FFP), CIA, CISA, CISM, ASEAN CPA, ACLP, and Licensed Private Investigator.
A proven investigator, Ee-Chuan was instrumental in uncovering one of Singapore’s first bid-rigging cases, resulting in successful prosecution in 2024. He currently serves as President of the ACFE Singapore Chapter and sits on the boards of two non-profit organizations as Treasurer and is a Finance Committee member of a subsidiary of a Statutory Board.
